Custom Painting & Remodeling is a licensed and insured general contractor serving Northern Virginia. We started in painting and grew into full-scale remodeling, which means every project we build is finished to a painter’s eye for detail and held to a builder’s standard for structure.
What we do
We are a full-service builder, not a broker who hands your project to whoever is available. Our work covers kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home remodels, plus ground-up custom homes and the exterior and painting work that finishes a property. Whatever the scope, the same team manages the trades, the schedule, the permits, and the inspections.
How we work
Every project starts with a clear conversation about what you want and what it should cost. We put a fixed, written scope in front of you before demolition begins, so there are no moving targets and no surprise change orders. From there we handle the permitting, run the build, and finish with a walkthrough and a written warranty.
Licensed, insured, and local
We are a licensed and insured Virginia contractor, holding VA Class A Contractor License #2705197699, and being local matters. We know Northern Virginia’s neighborhoods and the local permitting process, and we manage that process for you from first drawing to final inspection.
Our promise
Built right, start to finish. We deliver real craftsmanship, transparent fixed pricing, and clear communication on every project, backed by a workmanship warranty.
